The recruiter was approachable and made the process smooth. One of the interviews with the hiring manager felt a bit more rigid, with less focus on my future contributions. However, another interviewer was more engaging and asked thoughtful questions about how I could add value to the team. As someone who met almost all the qualifications, I was not selected in the end and did not receive any detailed feedback on why, which was disappointing given the time I invested and left me concerned that the lack of transparency means the decision was not based on skills, experience, or passion.

You will begin the process with Hr and if you make it pass that then you will be able to interview with the hiring manager. After that is done you will usually meet with and do a small interview with upper management and this is a bit more informal.
