The HR representative will contact you very quickly, usually within 24-48 hours of your application, as the position is critical. The first and only interview will involve a brief introduction by HR and then by your supervisor, which may be upper management due to employee turnover. If the interview is successful, you will be allowed to tour the factory floor and meet the operators and helpers working at the time. You will then be mailed and called with an official offer in the mail within 3-4 business days and to go in to complete new hire training, sign paperwork, including a non-disclosure agreement, and meet the office staff. You will start the next working week. You will be given your punch in code on your first day by HR.
