I applied for a collectors position and was called two days later to schedule an interview with the hiring manager. The interview went great, and got a call back a few days later with a job offer.

Very efficient, quick and to the point. They ask you about your experience as a collector. And if you are ok with working a late night. My interview was with 3 different managers separately but I believe that is no longer the case.
