they called me up on the phone and asked me to come in. i went and took a drug test then got the job. you then have to watch training videos and take a test on them. you then take a tour of the plant and vehicles and learn how to load ice. you ride with someone for 5 days then you go out on your own.

Interview process was quick and efficient. Applied through Facebook advertisement and was contacted promptly. Most of the interview process was handled through a phone interview with a follow up at the regional office location. This is generally a seasonal position, so flexibility of work schedule was important. Enjoyable experience overall.
