There were 3 steps 1.) GD 2.) PI 3.) Skype round They selection was moreover based on how loud and effective u are rather then what you speak (P.s : No rules of GD applies here just scream and u are selected)

First round was Group discussion in which students who spoke fluently and had the knowledge of the topic given were selected for the 2nd round which was Personal Interview.In this questions were asked related to home loans and general questions regarding the individual.Those who cleared this round had a skype interview with CEO.Skype round was very easy and CEO was very calmed and asked basic questions.
