2-stage interview, each with HR staff. Upfront about the salary band for the position. They really emphasized a formal dress code (sometimes needing to dress in a shirt and tie) and their company credo with a heavy dose of what I would call traditional Christian values. In the end, that's up to them and wasn't a good culture fit for me.
