Application starts with 'mini games' to test your aptitude or something. These are fairly easy and it's not necessarily to be the best at the games but read the questions and see how they align with the behaviours that are on the application. Next step it a pre-recorded interview where you get 30 secs to prepare to answer your question and then have anywhere from 1-3 minutes to give your answer. About 8 questions in total if I remember. Not a fan of the pre-recorded questions, as you have to look at your camera which is strange when you're not talking to anyone.. you do have an option to blur yourself though.
