phone interview-->HR interview---> COO interview
Submitted the resume and cover letter online and then HR called for phone screen in two days;
After the phone call, they emailed me to scheduled me to schedule a time for in person interview; asked a few questions regarding real estate industry;
Last part is the COO/ manager final round, not too difficult.
