1st, the GM called me after seeing my application. He called and had me do a breif phone intervuew si he could hear my phone voice and see how well I handled beong on the phone. Then, I came in for a one-on-one where he asked me typical interview questions & went over pay, benifits, and other details before offering me a position. Where I then recieved ifo on my background check and drug test.

Pretty simple over all and standard in my opinion. Asks some core questions about your values and about 5 questions about your previous work experience. Your future goals, what are your interests.
