the manager made me wait almost a half hr after i was supposed to see him and then he asked questions like what do you want to make $-wise...and when I told him, he said I'm sorry we can only offer you minimum wage. Why would you ask me if you only offered minimum wage.

It was very peronsable. Really wanted to make sure the people working there really care about the product and customers. I felt like they wanted to build a community so really talking about your passion for continuing your career with them as they have so many jobs that you can make your way up.

Interview process was very short. Igot called in for an Interview twi days after I submitted the application. I Spent roughly 15 minutes with the hiring manager. It took them 3 weeks to run a background check, and get thier orientation started.
