Applied online, got a phone call about 3 days later asking if I could come in for an interview. Had an interview on a Tuesday, got a job offer on the following Thursday. Started working on the following Wedneday. I had orientation on that Wedneday, filled with lots of paperwork to fill out and lots of videos to watch. I started working at the cashier on the following Friday.

It was very peronsable. Really wanted to make sure the people working there really care about the product and customers. I felt like they wanted to build a community so really talking about your passion for continuing your career with them as they have so many jobs that you can make your way up.

Interview process was very short. Igot called in for an Interview twi days after I submitted the application. I Spent roughly 15 minutes with the hiring manager. It took them 3 weeks to run a background check, and get thier orientation started.
