Quick, single interview, mostly wanted to know about customer service experience and personality. Took about a week to get back to me after submitting my application, and received an offer a few days after the interview.

What's the most important thing about customer service to you?
Very simple and straightforward, How owuld you contribute, what's your experience etc. My employer in particular asked me questions relating to workplace culture, and what my connection to the business was
Hard to use virtual interview portal where you listen to prompts and record your response rather than speaking with a live person. The experience was frustrating, and it had a hard time recording my responses.
