Short but good. They asked a lot of tech questions, looked for a good fit leadership wise. I found the interview with VP was very knowledgeable and informative. Four rounds were conducted and I am waiting to hear back from them. HR is supportive but a bit slow

Not very organized. As the person taking the interview was not prepared with any questions and started asking basic questions. As he had already decided to not hire me, probably keeping someone for the position.
