Very good, management extremely friendly. I was part of the seasonal staff and was kept on following Christmas. It is a very nice place to work. Not too busy in the week however weekends are extremely busy

How have you dealt with a difficult customer before
How do you prioritise customer service
1-2-1 interview, nine questions. All about previous experiences that showed teamwork, doing new things, quick thinking, creativity. Twenty five minutes long, was also asked about availability and working hours. Good interview.

A multi choice test with two parts. Part one was about your personality then part two was about situations. I was left to do that for 15mins. Followed by a 20min interview with both the manager of the store and a team leader.
