I applied to the job post and was sent pre-seen questions maybe a week or a little past a week after. I answered them on a Friday and was notified the following Wednesday that I wasn't chosen to move forward.

Submitted an application, and received a pre-screen interview. Completed the pre-screen within 24 hours and sent directly to the company. Never received any confirmation on next steps, and attempted multiple follow up attempts and never heard anything back. Later received the canned rejection notice that the role was filled. It's understandable that the market is saturated with lots of recruiters out of work, but please take the time to reply to candidate messages, especially when someone takes the time to apply and complete a pre-screen questionnaire.

Went through six interviews only to be ghosted. I liked the people and company but the candidate experience was poor. Total radio silence, not even an auto reject email or response to my email following up.
