great interview process. great company from what I can gather. I am looking for more intel on them, but so far optimistic. Any additional information on this company would be helpful.

Basic questions on my job history. Described pay and how it works. Impeding issue I saw with the pay was they lack trust in people making it appear they help you when they simply withhold earnings. Saving should be the responsibility of the earner. If they cannot hire responsible reps, then there’s an issue in itself. Hours discussed were 9-7 M-F and Sat 9-2. Was mentioned however they offer a great work to life balance. At those hours, I found that to be funny.
