The interview was impressively streamlined and very straightforward. I spoke with a range of people across a couple of teams including other research associates, scientists, and upper management. The entire process was finished in a couple of hours and the conversations were all incredibly friendly and casual. There were a range of technical as well as personality questions.

The interview process was very swift. You will most likely have a 30 minute video call with your direct supervisor, followed by a 3 hour interview (split up into 6 30-minute video sessions back to back). You will most likely meet with employees at the level at which you are applying to, but also Scientists, directors, and members of human resources.
