Mostly you just have to know how to sell. If you don't just talk a big game. Most dealerships will give you a shot even with no car experience. Remember you have to pass a drug test, get a sales license, and have an almost clean driving record. They want to hear that you have at least sold something in your life

It was a two day interview process, done by multiple hiring managers. All the candidates were together in an office. It was a group interview style. Overall it went well
It felt smooth and comforting, like I truly belonged. The atmosphere was filled with positive energy, creating a welcoming and uplifting vibe that made me feel completely at ease and connected.
