Members from the HR group came to my college campus for a career fair. I interviewed with the company at the career fair. About two weeks after the interview they offered me a job. I had to go to HMA to take a drug test and physical from their doctor on-site. They also gave me a tour of the plant.

Interview was easy. Its very easy to get in given that you show interest in the company. Also, previous experience help a lot. Hiring process is not competitive at all.

Meet with them at a college job fair. From there they setup a skype interview with me which went well. A week after that interview they offered be a position.
