HR ghosted me after 4 rounds of interviews. Didn't even reply to follow up email. Don't waste your time here. Interviewers are nice, but not communicating the status update after 4 rounds of interviews is just disrespectful of the candidate's time and effort.

I went through two rounds of interviews, which seemed to go well, but then communication abruptly stopped. I followed up politely via email, but never received any response. It's disappointing to see this kind of unprofessionalism, especially when candidates invest their time and effort in the process. After checking Glassdoor, I noticed others have faced the same issue—HR simply disappears without closure. This reflects poorly on the company’s culture and respect for people’s time. Even a simple rejection email would have been better than complete silence. If a company treats potential employees this way during hiring, it raises concerns about how they treat existing staff. I hope they reconsider how they handle candidate communication.
