I waited for an hour before the interview. 3-4 applicants was called at the same time. When it was my turn, the hiring manager was polite enough and apologize for the delay. The interview went well, we discussed on the job scope/role/salary and it was pretty exciting. The session took around 30 minutes. It was quick 'get-in and get-out'. The interviewer told me that he will get back to me in 2 weeks time (whether I'm selected or not). After 2 weeks, I called him up and he said he is still in the process of filtering/selecting. After 4 weeks of no news, I called him again and he said he needs more time and will let me know even if I'm don't get the offer. After 4 weeks of waiting, I don't feel like following up and move on to the next one.
