360 degree feedback generally using multiple interviewers from various disciplines. Generally the job interviewing manager performs a phone screen of all interviewees. Human resources get involved and assist with screening resumes for actual job requirements and correct skills. After this manager invites candidates for an interview, face to face is preferred but interview can be by phone if interviewee is out of state.

Sollicitatieprocedure werd gedaan in 3 fasen. Eerst een simpel gesprek met een rectruter, dan een gesprek met de team manager en tenslotte een gesprek met HR. Nooit zeer diepgaand gegaan, vrij makkelijk.
Iniziale intervista personale, in seguito intervista tecnica su processi interni all' azienda. Poca pressione e molta cordialità dei reclutatori, ma poca flessibilità dimostrata se non si è perfettamente del settore
