Elaboration on your previous employment, your roles and responsinilities, strengths and opportunities, challenges and achievements. Demonstrate your ablitity in convincing the interviewer that you are the right candidates whom they are looking for.

The process was very relaxed. The first part was an HR call and then an interview with the hiring manager. I didn't get an offer but the overall experience was positive.

Very easy, mostly behavioral questions. Few questions about prior projects/ technical knowledge gained from projects. Overall very simple. No preparation required. The interviewer was very nice and easy to talk to.
