First a 30min. telephonic Screening Interview by Honeywell contract staffing agency, the interviewer had no technical knowledge about the job and was reading off a script.
Then 25 min. interview by the hiring manager and I was told it going to be a Star test interview but all I was asked technical questions about my field. I had plenty of experience and the hiring manager seems to be happy with my responses.
I expected to have a face to face interview nest but I got the email from HR thanking me and they are going for other candidates who have more experience for this position.
I believe that the reason I was not hired was the minimum I asked for but they should have not wasted my time in the first place.
