I heard about the offer from a friend who knew the supervisor. I emailed him to his personal e-mail and got no answer until a month later when he saw my e-mail and asked me to send the resume again. Then i had to send the English version of my resume. I went to an interview in the office, and a week later I had a technical interview over the phone with the manager. I had more questions to ask and so I asked them via e-mai and that same day I received an offer two weeks later after initiating the process. I gave my 2 weeks notice in my other job and started working. Everything was handled professionally, except for the offer which was done over the phone late on a Friday night (around 8pm).
