Nothing very formal. I talked with some people at my school's career fair from Honeywell and about a week later I got a call from their recruiter asking if I wanted to come in for an interview. There were six of us candidates and we had six 30 minute interviews back-to-back for 3 hours straight. All the interviews were 1:1. It was tiring and repetitive, which made it difficult but the questions were not so hard.
