Process took forever from the initial contact and interest by Honeywell. Almost 6-8 weeks from initial phone interviews, to the face to face, to job offer and then background check, to finally actually starting to work for the company. Very common, other co-workers went through the same process. I actually had interviewed with Honeywell a few years earlier before this role and had to decline their offer because I had already accepted a job at another company and had been working there a month. When Honeywell finally got back to me with a formal job offer that process also took 2+ months.

The TA did the screening interview and then follow up with if the hiring manager is interested in speaking with you. If yes, they will coordinate a phone interview, follow by in-person interview with finance team panel and cross functional teams and/or dotted line manager.
