First round was a written test, answering 3 questions and finish a simple data entry task in excel.
Second round interview was normal, english self introduction, career background questions (like reason of leaving), and asked what is your job expectation.

1) Writing test (reply complain letter), basically testing your writing skill and English level
2) Interview section: 3-4 interviewers VS 1 interviewee. Introduce yourself and they will ask you a lot of questions.

They would invite you doing the skill test and checking the document before the interview. The skill test including Chinese & English writing and Excel. After skill test , they would invite you the interview another day.
