Intially, I was called for an interview and was told a very broad overview of the position by the Director and his assistant. The interview was horrible and below standard. They just wanted a breathing body and nothing on my background.

There were no difficult questions asked. They just want to make sure that you do not have a criminal history and a clean driving record. For the most part, that's it.
