This process can take awhile based on what I have heard but if they need someone urgently they will speed up this process. I have seen the process improve since I have been working there. Always counter offer.

Recruiter reached out via email to schedule a phone screening. The phone screening took about 30 minutes, then I was invited to an in-person interview about a week later. I received the offer the same day.

What would you do if you saw bed bugs in someone's home?
Very easy and not stressful at all. Asked questions about past experience and working with the community. Background with case management and working with different ethnic groups. Interview was over the phone for the first one

Interview process was very informative and staff were awesome. Asked standard questions and how you would handle difficult situations at work. Interviewer did have to take a call during the interview, but was very professional and prompt. I was even introduced to other case managers while I was there.
