1. Online application, submitted resume + cover letter. 2. Email from HR to set up phone interview (I had to follow-up with them after no response for one week...) 3. Onsite interview with local clinic manager. After interview, I shadowed the role I applied for.

Had a phone interview, went well, was told what the position was, what was expected of me, Advised me that I need to take an online class which last 40hrs, the class is paid for by the company. however told I was not going to be paid until I pass the exam. I received an offer letter stating upon passing the exam, I would receive a $500.00 payment. I was disappointed in what they offered for pay, however I have been unemployed for almost 3 months, I was offered another position by another hospital for more money, but I would have a heavier workload, and the commute is further away then the first offer, being gas in $4.00 or more I am trying to figure out what is best for me.
