1st on the phone with a recruiter, then at the facility in an in person interview with shadowing. There was a meeting, then shadowing, and then a meeting again to see what my thoughts were on the facility.

Pretty straight to the point. The interview was very laid back. Lots of laughs and great conversation. I was offered the position the exact same day.
Quick, easy, got a tour of the facility, everyone was very kind, I got to shadow an RBT for about 45 minutes. Everyone was very kind and welcoming. The place was clean, the people working seemed happy.
