The recruitment process started with a one-hour Teams interview, which was followed by an in-person session. During the visit in the 2nd stage, I was provided a guided tour of the property and gained insights into the organizational environment and was shown the door codes for 2 server rooms while being shown around which is a major concern for security. Then was rejected with no valid reason in under 24 hours.
