I applied online and about a week later I was called in for an interview. They flew me to PDX a few days later and shuttled me to the air ops building. The interview was about 45 min and I was asked questions from the HR rep, the director of SOC and two lead dispatchers. 4 people total. It was very easy and the group was very friendly. It was about 50 min. After they shuttled me back to the airport.
