The interview process consists of 3 interviews with 3 different people. The first interview was with the head HR I think. She asked general interview questions based on my experience. She was very friendly and easy to talk to. She liked me so she sent me on to the next interviewer who is the assistant director (the director was unavailable) He asked me some of the same questions and threw in some situation questions that were kind of tricky. He also had me go around and introduce myself to people to observe how comfortable I was in that environment. The third interview was with the founder and she just went over the way the program works. She asked me a couple of oddball questions like how do I stay updated on current events and she handed me a rock which I recognized as an unbroken geode and and asked me what I saw. She used the analogy of the people we support being like that geode because once you get to know them they are so much more than meets the eye like a beautiful crystal locked inside a geode. She offered me the job and then I went through orientation the next week.
