interviewer called for 30 min phone screen but went more than 45 mins. Asked some basic questions to evaluate hadoop knowledge. Looks like interviewer had a basic understanding on all hadoop stack and covering only high level. Never evaluated to core even though SME in mostly used hadoop stack. Asked only which he is good at. Not standard evaluation.
