I was interviewed for the Software development engineer in Test position. I was contacted by a recruiter and he explained me about the role and expectations. I went through the interview process which took more than a week. Interviews were focused on coding skills , automation , designing , architecture etc. Interview rounds were with existing sdet's , developers ,hiring manager, GM ,onsite leads. There was a de brief round where I got more insight about the company and the work. Recruiter kept me updated on my progress, answered every e-mail and phone call. I found the overall process to be pretty organized and quick.
