I received an on campus interview from a college career fair. Then I was followed up by a group conference call with current TPDP participants and a phone interview with an engineering manager. I was then flown to Rocky Mount for an on site interview. This part was fun and relaxed and you could tell they already wanted you to work there

The first round was mostly "Tell me a time when..." But was also very conversational and laid back. Tell me a time you led a project. What is your story? What are your career goals? Name a time you worked in a bad group and tell me how you handled it.
At first, we had a behavior interview on campus. After, we were then invited to go see the plant. We took a tour and after that, we were given an offer and got to decide if we wanted to work there or not.

there was a GD which was followed up by an interview which had mostly technical questions and a few Hr ques. Questions were not difficult and the panel was quiet supportive.

Colloquio
The recruiters was at my college career fair. We had the first of the interviews the next morning. I received a phone call a couple weeks later for a second interview onsite. We had a one hour tour of the facilities and then went to the training room where there were 16 tpdp employees there to interview all 8 of us in one room at the same time. It was definitely a unique experience.
