Company called too many people to come to an interview that only have 2-4 positions available, and the company prefer indian as i see so many indian working in the company.

I was made to wait for over 2 hours for the interview. The process was extremely slow as the room was full of candidates. The interview process was a joke to be honest. There were 2 individuals of which one was busy laughing on God knows what joke and the other was only interested in talking(not listening). My interview lasted for around 3 minutes of which I got a chance to speak for 30 seconds. I got a feeling that they had already shortlisted candidates since the opening line of the interviewer was that there are 20 positions and over 120 applicants. But this still did not justify for the 3 minutes interview. It was a waste of time.
