The most unprofessional Interview experience I have ever been involved in the interviewer was constantly have to look up answer to my question very unprepared , wasn’t forth coming with answers about work life and things that matter it’s 2022 pushing a big flashy salary just doesn’t cut it anymore
Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 4 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Hostaway nel mese di apr 2024
Colloquio
Three stage interview (three and a half? I'll explain below)
Applied online on 4/10, received a message on 4/11 for an interview with the Internal Recruiter. That was scheduled for 4/15.
After that round, I had a fifteen minute screen with a Sr. Manager on 4/16, and he asked to have a full 30 minute call, which we scheduled for 4/18.
Finally I had an interview with the Chief Customer Officer on 4/25. At first it was suggested to prepare a deck for supporting Enterprise level clients at various levels of health, but afterwards was told I might not need to present after all, but it would be good to be prepared. I did not end up presenting it during the last interview, but instead was giving more background to my work history, listing KPIs and ARRs, etc.
I was notified on 4/30 that I was not selected. Although I wish I had an offer (who wouldn't), it was a pleasant experience.
