Really easy interview. Felt more like a conversation. My interview wasn't 1:1, but it also wasn't a group. It was an interview with one other guy and we both got hired. They just want to know a little bit about you, why you want to work there, and your favorite part about the store (music, anime, show, etc.), and ask you your favorite band/music.

Honestly? The interview lasted 5 minutes. She pulled me out into the food court, and asked me a bunch of questions. The whole process is super slow. I didn't get a call back until 3 weeks after I submitted an application. I interviewed last week, still haven't heard anything. I wasn't really sure what to wear, so I wore one of their skirts, a nice plain black shirt, and black flats.

It was very informal and just overall very casual. The manager was easygoing and it was nice. Other than that, there was nothing to it. We talked about our tattoos, interests and more.
