It's casual and read straight from the corporate packet. They ask what kind of music and media you like. They ask how you solve conflicts between employees, what you do to make sure employees stay on track. Typical fluff questions as weell.

Straight forward and to the point. Very awkward and was some time ago. The offer was less than satisfactory for anything in management, even retail. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
