I recently interviewed for the Customer Success Partner role at Hotel Map, and the process was refreshingly clear and straightforward, taking just a week. Chris from HR was incredibly kind and supportive, and Magnus, the VP of Customer Success, was equally impressive—patient, professional, and always willing to explain, while maintaining a warm and approachable demeanor. What stood out the most was their willingness to provide honest feedback. This is something I’ve learned not to take for granted, as in previous experiences, I often had to request feedback and rarely received anything meaningful. Although I didn’t get the job, I’m genuinely grateful for the experience and the opportunity to learn more about Hotel Map’s product.
