More of a general interview with reference to what you have done before, how you have acted and so on. Also salary expectations and information about what's going on in the local office. After passing that I there was a phone interview with the hiring manager from the HQ in Palma. More professional questions and topics discussed, to ensure there is a good match. In this call there was a difference that more information about the bigger company guidelines and processes was shared, as it was with a manager working from the HQ.
