Assessment day with a total of 10 people. Began with introductions of the interviewers and then the applicants. Presentation about the company and the different brands involved. Group task to explain a day in the life of a rep and transfer day etc. After this some people were sent home and the rest stayed for a one-to-one interview. One-to-one was very informal, more of just a chat about your experience and why you want the role.
