We’re so sorry that you had a negative experience. During the time frame when you interviewed, we recall that no candidates had to wait longer than 15 minutes past their scheduled interview start time (unless the candidate needed longer than 15 minutes to fill out their pre-interview paperwork). Maybe you had a longer overall wait time because you arrived early. We have never scheduled multiple interviews for the same start time, although of course there might be a few minutes of overlap between interviews. Once we receive an application, we always do our best to respond within a reasonable time frame. We usually respond to phone calls within 24 hours, and usually respond to online submissions within 1-2 weeks. We apologize if the turnaround time was longer for you. We know that respect is a two-way street between employers and employees, and we’ll keep working on improvements to make the best possible impression on our potential future team members right from the start.
