Pen paper test have 2 sections. 1st section quantitative analysis, analytical and reasoning type Que and verbal reasoning. 2nd section essay writing basically to check your English.

Aptitude test comprising of quantitative, verbal and writing test. 30 questions were asked. Total test was of 50minutes. Writing skill comprised of writing an essay on cab hailing services like ola and uber and how it impacts a) drivers b) consumers c) shared rides. Later there are technical and HR rounds.
