After submitting my application, they quickly contacted me by a email and booked an appointment for the comming initial screening interview. During the screen interview, I had a friendly and nice meeting with the data science team. They asked me about my background, skills and projects I have done, and career goal, also why I was interested in join in HouseSigma Inc. I also asked some details about the group and the working culture. After that, they wanted me to finish a home assignment test with the dataset they provided. This project was very interested and confidential. I like this project very much, and finished it with some advanced and cutting edge algorithms and technologies happily. After getting my solution and a couple days later, we had another interview to present my thoughts about this project, the methods and algorithms, and the disadvantages and advantages of the machine learning algorithms, etc. This meeting is very nice like a regular meeting in the company. Showing true yourself was very great. Then, I had an another interview with the CTO and the CEO, the CTO focused on software development, and questions related, and the CEO asked many questions about business and the math behind modelling. They are very professional and smart with so much experience in the above fields, and pretty nice. A few days, they call me, and would give an offer and I would like to accept it. Generally, the project is very interesting, and the interviews were good to me, and the team is very good and professional.

There's an initial screening interview and a coding interview followed by a take home test. The take home test is long. Afterward, they scheduled a 2nd interview to tell me they rejected me rather than sending me an email. They also rescheduled this "interview" 3 times, making me plan time 3 times for them, while it wasn't even useful. If you do their take home, make sure to include a lot more than what they ask for since they told me it was why they didn't take me.
