I applied through employee referral. Then they scheduled a technical phone interview with the CTO. On the interview day, Interviewer asked me one coding question and other technical questions(Mostly related to object-oriented programming). The questions were average and I was expecting an on-site interview. But unfortunately did not get an on-site interview. During the phone interview, the interviewer told me that he was going to give a feedback. But I only got a reject email stating that I was not selected for the on-site interview.
