I was recruited by the principal directly from the U. of Texas at Austin program I attended. I went in for an interview with the Principal, one of the AP's, and the head of instruction. We discussed philosophy and went through my portfolio and model lesson. Then we had a tour of the school to see if I was comfortable. I left and within 10 minutes had an offer.
